You can't use that as an excuse. If that was true there wouldn't be grumpy staff who barely say a word and act like they don't want to be there, nor have any customer service skills.
Nor would it explain the big differences in reactions from before to using DMSI from the same staff serving you.
Yes to a certain extent, but them going from barely engaging at times to being all smiley and friendly when something has shifted in myself, where they weren't before.. is a definite sign.
Seeing you barely post then you come on with this and the other post, it's like you just come on to start hating or trying to pick a fight like you have in the past.
