I have been doing it the other way having vlc at max then turn the knob on speaker up or down to a reasonable amount but that also means each day can be slightly different volumes.
Sorry for all these questions but trying to find the best way to be accurate for the sub.
Also if i was being tired after listening to the hybrid track its clearly working in some way because its making the brain tired and drained of energy processing the track, this only happened in the first 4-5 days but just curious as i will go back to hybrid tonight and continue with it after tomorows day off.
Favor reproducible, accurate leveling of volume.
The Hybrid track requires a lot more processing power and is much more demanding on your brain, so it tends to make one tired.
You should ideally pick one format and stick with it once you know which format is best for you.
