I think I've hit some resistance. Haven't watched porn or masturbated for awhile, and did it three times today.
I'm taking this as a good sign as it means something is fighting, and I've noticed some very shy and interested looks from some ladies I know. Normally they're talkative and not shy. Now it seems like they're picking up either the aura or a change in my presence.
I'm not a fan of the porn and masturbation, but I decided to see where it would go instead of fighting down the urges. It seems like I need to be aware of and work with noticeable differences in my behavior. I don't intend to continue with this trend, but maybe something I'm not aware of will come from this.
It also appears that my refractory time has gone down...
