Extending from what I wrote yesterday: Just had my workout session and again compared to last week my progress has been awesome! This was the weeks HIIT session, which last week had me extremely exhausted. Today: Barely got me out of breath until close to the end. Compared to my normal pre-DMSI progress, my progress now is way greater. I'm really sure DMSI is indeed helping here to make me a fitter me faster! Awesome that!
