Stage 3 Day 5
- this is the stage i struggled the most i think i often feel depressed and anxious most of the time
- i work out to lessen the symptoms of the anxiety
- i noticed im even more focused on my goals
- i noticed whenever im listening to stage 3 im singleminded towards my tasks
- im more carefree lately
- improved ambitiousness
- i read often i just want to improve everyday
- there are times my past mistakes flash in my mind and makes me pissed and guilty
- humor improved quite a bit
- self-discipline is improving
- self-reliance is improving
