I hear ya cluckin' big chicken, but try to keep in mind that Shannon is a teacher. Some students shine, some are needy, some seem to never learn...but a good teacher doesn't discriminate. You never know what will get through, or when.
Keep being the good student. You'll be better for it. Of course, you're a good teacher, too. We're all a bit of both, aren't we?
