First Update (the only one not on a Friday because it is with initial post):
This is for the last three weeks that I started the program but had not begun my postings on here...
12/17 - Started Stage 1 for the first day. Had a very hard time falling asleep, very restless. Felt like that hazy feeling you get when you pull an all-nighter.
12/18 - Exhausted all day from lack of sleep. That night however, fell asleep much easier. However, when I wokeup I felt like I only got 5 or 6 hours of sleep instead of the 9 I got.
12/19 - Another exhausting day... Again felt like I only slept 5 or 6 hours instead of 8 and a half.
12/20-12/24 - I continually ran into the problem of feeling like I only slept 5 or 6 hours instead of 8 or 9. However, it gradually got better each day.
12/25 - Christmas Day. Little cousin woke me up at 7am but somehow today I didn't feel tired anymore...
12/27 - Today is a big day. It is weigh-in, but I have been stuffing my face with holiday food. Ham, Turkey, Potatoes... well you know the drill. I did not want to be rude and not eat them. Plus, resteraunts close a lot during these days so I just went with it. I thought for sure I would have regained one or two of the pounds I lost earlier. Jump on the scale... 1 POUND LESS THAN LAST WEEK, and this is after going nuts! Wow. In addition, I am now convinced after three days of not being tired anymore and having lots of energy that things have returned to normal.
1/4 - Decided to start a journal which I will post every Friday (same day I do weigh-ins on Myfitnesspal which will automatically update the chart on my first post). Expect a post in two days! Also, beginning today I will be keeping a daily food, water, and exercise diary which you can get to by clicking my weight loss tracker graph on first post.
