You and me both man. Congrats on the E2 run, I'm jumping back over to it after AM6. Those thought patterns are the worst. I've had a lot of luck with focusing on positive thinking more. Maybe it's just me but I find it nearly impossible to let go of worry or fears, but if I focus on the positive and shift my mindset it's much easier. Easier said than done though. It's all about catching that initial thought before you start the chain reaction that inevitably leads to the downward spiral.
