However, don't forget the fact that even while PUA may be "unhealthy", it's been part of your journey and might continue to give you good insights. It has for me at least. If you've found a teacher you've resonated with and liked his teaching. Stay with that guy. He'll continue to give you help in other areas you haven't even thought about earlier
