Interesting question. From what I'm noticing, the results are best during the "bloom" phase. I got the best results from version B when I deliberately spaced the listening 36 hours apart. I generally have a very low anxiety thanks to lots of work on internals. At my best, I'm witty and sharper than a knife. At my worst, I'm a mess. I'm usually a mess when I am exhausted. Sleep and good nutrition is a must. I'm currently at 72 hours after my last loops of B.
