I think I'm over it. It's insane how just verbalizing the problem and hearing what i dont want to hear, but need to hear can help put things into perspective. Then I talked to a trusty old man about solutions to life's problems, in general and I applied it to my burning anger.
So it's interesting that I'm sensitive to this emotion crap still, but I guess you can't take the feels out of a feeler.
Wondering if more clearing would immunize me from experiencing this in the future?
