I have been told by multiple ex girlfriends that I regularly speak in my sleep. And apparently, I speak languages that I do not know how to speak when I am awake. One time we recorded it, and I was able to identify it as Latin. I took it to my old HS Latin teacher, and she further identified it as ancient Latin, and the discernible speech was a sentence fragment that did not have enough of the sentence to make a lot of sense.

I have been told I speak French, German, Latin and other languages when I sleep. Of course... I have no memory of this, and recording it is a pain in the ass... but it's amazing what we have access to when we sleep. I only speak and understand English when I am awake.

Any way to bring that kind of "access" to our wakeful states?
