Seems that every time I have a sexual encounter, or even make out on a date, the next day I fall into resistance.

It's happened too many times to be coincidence. There's something strange going on deep within my subconscious...

Its actually interesting that you said that because I experienced some what the exact same thing. After I got that one woman's number I was fine for a while. Later that night and then next morning though its like I got hit by this way of negativety. "WTF are you doing?', "Shes not interested in you", and "Your going to fuck stuff up like a moron so why bother" etc. This lasted for a good 16 hours or so. It got so bad that at one point I felt this intense chilling fear and felt like I was going to throw up. Granted my problems are of a very different variety than yours so my resistance is probably a lot different.
