so, 6 steps forward 2 steps back. i'm still 4 steps ahead of the game. i faced my first outright rejections today. i'm proud of that! out of 30 theaters I visited, only 2 rejected me, and both were from today, although only one was a true rejection. i managed to get the info i needed from the other one even though he didn't seem to want to comply. i attribute it to the culture, i suppose. the part of the state i was in today seemed different than the other places i've been. oh well. i'm still ahead.
