Re hoverboard - I don't know if Hendo or Lexus did it first (I'm of the mind Hendo did it first by maybe a year), or if Lexus is licensing Hendo's technology, but I have a gut feeling Lexus is essentially using Hendo as a baseline for it somehow rather than creating it from scratch and "innovating" hoverboard technology. My $0.02.
