I allow myself 15 - 30 min breaks for computer games sometimes and since the emulator is on my computer I just fire it up and play a bit. Playing go would mean shifting my attention to my phone, and i need to keep the attention focused on computer related things since playing something like that on my phone might mean me looking at my phone a bit more often than needed (example, checking phone while not on break).
It seems odd, I know, but it's a mini-system i've developed while on BASE just to keep me on track. Phone distractions are crazy insane for me since there's so much going on and things to check.
