I really enjoy reading your journal. It has made me reconsider running the current version of BASE. I was a bit put off when I saw users quitting their run due to strong resistance.
On the aspect of efficiency, check out the book "Virtual Freedom" by Chris Ducker. He details ways of outsourcing such tasks and more, and how to get the right people at the right price. I am not affiliated to him in any way, though I have met him once. I just think his methods are excellent.
