Never tell stories. Just wink and/or smile. Let them decide what it means, and otherwise just ignore them. A closed mouth and a smile says volumes. However, if you ever do tell stories that aren't true, you'll be shooting yourself in the face with the ladies... they don't appreciate getting a bad reputation because you like to wag your tongue, whether what you say is true or not.
