I saw somewhere where Shannon said he would eventually upgrade LTU, but that it wouldn't be soon (is not a priority/whatever).
I also remember reading that with single stage 5G subs that the subconscious can get "bored" at 3 months - however, I'd say if you notice stagnancy of progress for 2-4 weeks to take a break and/or switch up subs.
Since E2 works at whatever pace your own subconscious is ready for, I think switching subs every 90 days makes a LOT of sense. Change using E2, then change using something else, and see if going back to E2 after that elevates you to a whole new level!
Please note that I said that SOME personality types (approximately 15% of people) get bored after 3+ months.
E2 is designed to let you know when it's done, and you will want to use it until that time.
