I just don't get what you have to be careful about then.
Let's say she picks what I usually wear (which is easy since I have 1 outfit for work atm). Now, I'm definitely NOT going to NOT wear it, because that would be stupid as this outfit is what works for me in sales. So I pick the outfit. Gasp. She has control of me! >>
Now, if you're saying that she will use that to slowly get you to try new things and use the "slow boiling frog" technique to get you emasculated, the n ok, I can see the concern. But if you're saying that picking what you would have already picked when she decides to "pick" it for you is somehow emasculating, then I don't understand how that could be, and you must enlighten me.
Truth be told, this used to happen to me in construction all the time when on SM. They would tell me to do something I was already going to do. It used to really bother me but then I realized it was like getting pushed around if I entered that mind frame. So I just did what they "told" me to do, and then one day they tried to get me to do something I wasn't going to do and I was like "actually, I'm doing this next".
When she picks what you were already going to pick, and you wear it, she thinks she has control, but does not. All she has, is knowledge that you like that particular outfit. No problem. Nobody cares, unless she starts thinking she has control and bragging. Then you put her in her place and move on doing what you were going to do anyway.
Problem arises when you get lazy and start expecting her to do the choosing. And that's only going to happen to guys who at some level really wanted to have the woman take control for them.
