My money is on, Japanese chick never calls. Even in the supposedly "liberated" United States, women almost never call the man, no matter how interested they are because it is "expected" that the man take all the risk of rejection, all responsibility for everything that does happen, and do all the leg work to get it there.

Japanese culture strikes me as being even less likely for such a thing to happen, but hey, maybe I'm wrong.

this is absolutely true for me. i spent years ago sometime approaching girls and was giving my number instead of getting their number. many of them were reallllllly attracted but not one called me. it takes a lot of courage and self-confidence for a woman, may be 100 time more so than among men, for her to call. you have to play by game rules.
