This is one thing that worries me for when I use AOSI in the future after E2. After all this work i've done to lose weight and get where I am now i'm wary of this getting me to eat so much more extra all the time which might mess up my progress.
Though if somehow it helped burn more fat then that'd be cool as long as it isn't muscle.
