SM isn't made to heal, it's made to get you laid. Any insecurities or issues you have with women are even mentioned in the SM faq that you might want to run wm first to deal with them. Thinking that having sex is going to do anything but get you sex is justifying to yourself that "this is what you need."
If you just wanna get laid then run SM, but don't fool yourself that healing is going to happen. If you want to heal then run the sub designed specifically to help you heal. EHPRA 2.0
