No, it does not set you back. It pushes you forward at a slower pace. And that's all fine :-).

I want to be able to study and not feel like i am afraid or giving up inside.
Does all this still warrant EPRHA or shall i stick with MLS or try another sub?
What is the reason for why you at this point in your life are not the person you would want to be? Is it fear and overwhelm? All that sits within you. The sub you will choose will uproot the junk, the fears, the problems you have perceived earlier in your life that set you back. The sub will uproot your negativity so that you can face it step by step, understand it layer by layer and gradually become the person you want to be. I think that the most holistic and smart approach for doing that would be by choosing EPRHA 2.0 as the first sub.
I've been doing it for almost 3 months right now (2 hours a day) + actively making effort to understand what issues/supressed feelings and emotions the sub brings up in order to dissolve them and all I can say so far is that, gushh that's been f**ing most productive 3 months in terms of personal growth I ever had in my life.

You seem to be afraid of wasting time. That's fear. EHPRA 2.0 deals with fear and has stress relief and relaxation programming in it.
First thing I would do if I was you though, would be to identify what expectations you have towards yourself. Are the expectations you have in your body your own expectations or are they imposed upon you by family or someone else or maybe you felt at some point in your life that you wanted to live up to someone else's level (be like someone else) or expectations in order to impress them or for some other reason...
Too high expectations are no good. They lead nowhere. You can take just a little step every day. If you have unrealistic expectations towards yourself, you will not feel like even taking that small step a day in order to slowly move towards your goals.
and.. one more thing. Probably the most valuable advice would be: discover for yourself, discover the issues that hold you back, discover for yourself how to dissolve them
