32 days, that's how I keep track - I just call it a stage. If I ever decided to bail then I would complete a full 32 day cycle before pulling out.

I agree calling them stages is confusing, especially to newbies as they think there are stages like AM. I'll call them something else, cycle perhaps. I'm open to suggestions
