If you want it to happen, you have to give it enough focus and energy.

The only thing that stays the same in this reality is change, so it is possible that as the gears of time turn, cycles end and other cycles begin that change what you can manifest now in response vs what you would have manifested before. But it's also possible that the cycles we're talking about are too long to be affected. In other words, since I cannot know what cycles are important, and how long they are and where they are in terms of their expression, I cannot answer your question better than to say... maybe.

Running it more than a couple weeks after manifesting the results is generally a waste of time and energy in my experience, unless you want to try to manifest "echoes". Echoes are secondary, tertiary, etc. versions of what you wanted. When I manifested my perfect lover, I also manifested an echo, another girl who was almost identical in a lot of ways. Having both, the echo was soon driven out.
