-Day 38-
Quick update: feelings of anger towards myself have been coming up a lot recently in the past few days, slight depression also. Been thinking about buying EHPR 2.0 but decided to stick with OGSF as I hate switching subs at the drop of a hat.
I've decided to use speakers now with ultrasonic at night and some masked with earphones during day.

It unfortunately doesn't show the frequency response specs but I tested it with frequensee and it was on like 19khz so I'm not totally convinced, I can't hear any crackling when playing the sub though (compared to my "apprently 20khz speakers" which crackling is heard, so what gives...)
I suspect there will be a few days where I feel like shit but it's part of the process and I'm going to stick to 3 months minimum.
Also decided to buy some mones from androtics but I haven't seen any positive results from using 1 spray ammo at the gym so not sure what to make of that, I have heard some bad things about androtics recently so I'm remaining skeptical, I can always get a refund at the end of the day though.
Some positives;
-Working harder in sports such as football, playing better too, playing with less fear other people noticed.
-Still going out and putting myself outside in the world (mainly gym and cycling through town) even when feeling shitty.
-Becoming slightly more honest with myself, not being satisfied with my environment/life.
Need to remind myself of the positives in every situation even when it looks like there are none.
