Day 18

Got in contact with the girl I met on the street last week we went for a coffee earlier on in the week. Arranged to meet her for a drink next week. I had a rethink about my goals today

1. One day settle down and have a loving relationship with beautiful woman
2. Be financially more secure in the next 6-12 months
3. Have beautiful sexual relationships with women
4. Become a mentally strong assertive man who attracts happiness and success into his life
5. Have a loving happy relationship with family and close friends

21 days into the Stage 1

Not alot has changed from day 18. Yesterday I got rather emotional when a couple of colleagues started making fun of my new jumper I was wearing. For some reason I was taking it way to personally. I would have thought that stage 1 would have helped removed things like that ?.

Today I still felt angry about my colleagues remarks from yesterday. I dont feel any alpha the only clear change I have seen is I havent masturbated to porn or even masturbated for that matter in nearly 2 weeks.

As I wanted to improve my conversational skills and ability to respond back to witty and sarcastic comments I did'a search on the internet and found lots of sites with lists of words using power phrases which I will begin incorporating into my conversations.

Did you used to approach women and have lots of dates before AM5? if you have have you seen any change in your dates since using it?

The vast majority of photos of women on porn sites have been digitally altered to remove their flaws or even give them the illusion of large boobs etc. In real life of course women have flaws just like us men. I think its important to see the beautify in these little flaws.

To much masturbating over porn I believe can lead to us not being able to distinguish fantasy from reality rendering us incapable of connecting with a woman in real life because they dont live up to our impossible ideals.

I have never ever had approach anxiety I could easily approach women on the street or in shops and very often get dates before AM5.

The problem I face is deep down is I feel I do not deserve these women which resulted in me not getting any further then the date.

The times when I did manage to get the girl into bed. I compared her to what I had seen in porn movies and pics so sometimes could not get it up other times I was nervous.

Day 23

I am bit behind on my journal. Still on stage 1 been feeling rather emotional all week. Getting angry at colleagues who make sarcastic comments at me. Was getting rather annoyed at a colleague yesterday who kept cracking awful jokes that were rather unfunny yet other laughed.

I dont think this is the impact of the subliminals as I have had the same feelings different times in my life.

Day 24

Got upset today when one of my co workers said something sarcastic I ended up telling him not to hurl anymore sarcastic comments again. I apologised to him later as I was alittle rough on him.

Feeling rather tired today will try and get an early night.

Days 25-26

Still on stage 1 got another date with a girl I met in the bookshop seeing her tomorrow night. My charisma and charm just flowed when I was chatting to her yesterday.

When ever I try and put somthing of another part of me tells me not too and I go ahead and do it.

Went on a date with a girl I had met in the bookshop. Within 20 minutes of meeting her I began making out with her despite her telling me its way to early to be kissing. Something in me told me to grab her and makeout with her.

Day 28

Went on a date with a cute blonde I had met in the coffee shop. I grabbed her and began making out with her within 30 minutes of meeting her. She later sent me a text saying that I shouldn't have tried to make out with her. I told her to stop looking so sexy in the future.

She texted me back telling me I was a selfish arse hole. I replied back asking her whether that was the reason she liked me we are still texting back and forth.
