Yeah, when I started reading - How to be an AlphaMale I felt overwhelmed by it all and the amount of change that I would have to undertake.

Day 10

Dee\Shannon it certainly feels that way. I had an overwhelming sensation by my old self to give this up and go back to my old ways this morning. Part of me was saying "these subliminals do not work your still the same whatever you try"

A few months ago I did purchase and download a couple of hypnotherapy audios which seemed to work after a weeks listening but then my inner demons just came back again. Even listening to them for 30 days which was the advice given by the hypnotherapist who created them.

Continue to chat with strangers and girls that I fancy. I have decided to do to at least one thing a day that I am scared of by myself starting from tommorow might help together with the subliminals.

Will set myself goals every week..

This weeks goals

1. Get to the gym at least 4 times this week
2. Walk into a strip club and chat to a stripper without paying for a dance or letting her touch me
3. Ask for a pay increase from the client
4. Find other ways of meeting women apart from cold approaching

Point 2 strip clubs scare the shit out me will walk into one sober
Point 4 theres a yoga class running at the client site will go there this week

DAY 10-12

Its really hard to know whether the subliminals have had an effect on me or not I cannot tell. The one thing I have noticed is that my urge to look at porn for the last week or even masturbate has been zero. So maybe they have had a positive effect so far.

Don't worry I'm going through similar feelings, best thing to do is just let it go and accept that it might not be creating big obvious results now but just know that it is working. Stage 1 usually doesn't show many results anyway.If you get to stage 5 and still haven't seen much then I'd be worried but stage 1 12 days in? not much to worry about.

Hey Thor, as long as you feel you are making some sort of progress you are headed in the right direction. I'll be keeping an eye on your journal.

By the way, it's going to be a long process. I find it much easier to write in my own private journal or at least do alot of self reflection without having to post on the forum. It's easier because I can reveal all the information I need to reveal. Some stuff I like to keep private from the forum.

The subliminals work but like I said it will be a long process. Tracking progress every single day could be exhausting. Just to let you know.

Got myself down to the yoga class this evening. The class was intense but was refreshing felt alot more relaxed. There were only 3 guys in the class and around 8 girls.

Day 14

Hit on the a girl walking down the road whilst on the way to work yesterday. Arranged a date and met her for a coffee this afternoon. Spoke to the manager at the site about getting a pay rise for my consultancy rates justifying why I deserve it they said they would get back to me on Monday about this.

Well it was power yoga and it was pretty intense I felt I was using muscles I never knew I had. It was a good exercise to get comfortable in presence of lots of women.

Day 15

Listened to Stage 1 for 12 hours this morning. During a workday I listen to the subliminals 7 hours a day.

Continue to groom myself on a daily basis. For 8 days now I have not had the urge to look at porn or even masturbate perhaps the subliminals are removing the garbage in my head somthing is happening ;-). Read about how porn can give you the wrong perception of what beauty really is and can impact your sex life when it comes to having sex with women in real life.

Seen and incredible improvement in my deadlift and bench press over the last 2 weeks.
