I don't think I followed you here, meaning that how to differentiate between sexual energy and being horny, for me they go hand in hand. I want to stir up sexual energy to aid my writing, and as far as picking up girls is concerned it helps with quite a few things, though it's quite a time I haven't approached girls.

As many books I have read on the subject, they usual mention to get sexually aroused and then shift the energy throughout your body, like spreading it out, especially in and around your mind.

But, looking at your post, I see I am quite illiterate on the subject, could you recommend me some books or resources to shed some more light on it?

i dont know where your level is at but seems like to me you have put yourself on the line before and stopped quite some time.
i recommend you become more social . and just talk to people around you. start getting back to the habit of approach or at very least talk to that woman that makes you go WOW when u see her.

Listen i understand that you may have read somewhere that sexual energy is good to have while and during seduction but like i said in the last posts its a crutch . i have just learn that recently.

For me i have never read a book on it. sexual energy is a natural energy we all have it in us. once you know this. you dont need techniques . just practice on feeling it. and over a period time you can easily know how to trigger it within a second.

For me "turning on sexual energy" has never gotten me any girl. therefore these days i just let things be natural and flowing. the last thing you wanna do when talking to a woman is
"hmm i gotta turn this energy on now so i can seduce her" .

To become Sexual . best way is to have sex. and when you have a lot of it. you body language will SPELL SEXUALITY.

From reading ur posts seems like you have some idea on creating it. just know that its always there and u dont need to force it or focus on it in any interaction. Now put focus on the girl.

the two difference is that sexual energy is more of a gernal term and horny is just a branch from it All energies can be grounded meaning stabilized . Horny leaks out people can sense it and know it . its not bad to be horny but learn to control it .

No, I am not writing erotic novels and do not plan to write as well, when I am sexually aroused my creativity goes through the roof, especially when I am around beautiful girls, damn!! Give me a pen an I can write for ages, I can say what it does is help me access higher consciousness, when you are that aroused and not release and focus your attention to the things you want to do, writing in my case, it takes it to the next level! Like someone just gave you wings.

thats what i was saying. any energy can be transformed from one to another . An advice i would say if it creates good sensation feeling for you like a drug would, dont use it that often you will get addicted to that good feeling..
