So while I wait for @Shannon reply to my post above just to add as others have that I too now have paid and pre-ordered my copy of OF v3.

I havent time as yet to start a new journal but once im back in europe I shall - in a few weeks and thats when ill probably start listening unhindered too.

Some may be wondering after not getting any results from any subs, and having tried OF v1, and OF v2 without any results or noticeable effects why spend money on OF v3 now?

Im committed to my success and to my advancement and im still optimistic that if the subs have worked for some or many of you then it can work for me eventually. If OFv3 can work on me then it will be the start of a new era so im optimistic as always.

Best of luck to you, Jake. Wish you all the best with OF v3. I'm having great ride with USLM v4.2 and AoL but I felt that it's not the most important for me to do right now. There's unfinished business I must face related with fear. That's why I bought the OF v3 too.

ps: depending on the listening protocol, I may ditch using my s10 phone to listen and use the speakers in my room - perhaps that will help but using those I think would mean listening at the volume of ocean sound rather than 13/15 as per my phone. So perhaps that could really work for me. I also aim to be back at uni for the remainder of the year so listening at night without any hiccups/stoppage is very likely and possible.

Hi Jake, I had been missing your posts indeed (but hadn’t realized it had been so long… CoVid time flows differently I think)

I’m not Shannon but I’ll give my 2 cents on your PS because I have used that setup a lot. I think it’s a great setup if you can stay in the room for the full run.

Remember to:
- Use wired speakers (Wireless could work but wired is the only way to be 100% sure you’ll hear the subliminal messages. Since you didn’t have results last time, I wouldn’t risk wireless.)

Only if playing ultrasonic: (I don’t understand from your post which format you’ll run)
- Check the speakers’ Specs to see if they support a frequency up to 20 kHz
- Run the speakers test
- Set the volume with masked first and then use that volume for ultrasonic (if it’s too much, you can go one notch down)
- Optionally, double check the volume with the FrequenSee app placing the phone where your ears will be.

I agree yes wireless no point. My speakers are wired that I have there in my apartment's bedroom. I just need to fly back there however since this OF v3 is now released and just 1 loop per day I may try and download and start it from my phone whilst im home and then swap to the speakers once im back there in my uni apartment. I know that this 1 loop is subject to change as per the listeners feedback so for now its still a great easy starting point to begin with.

Yeah ill use Ultrasonic. Masked may affect my terrible sleeping habit so US is definately always the starting point for me.

Yes the speakers are audioengine A2+ and they told me it was able to reach 20khz frequency.

Yeah the volume setting is always a little odd for me. I prefer using trickling stream yet when I then go to ocean I feel its too low so I rather set it as per trickling stream and leave it at that unless anyone here advices its a very bad move including @Shannon

Yep, that's great cycle cutting from 8 month to 6 month. After dealing with root fear, look like new year gonna be fun with staged UMS.

Dear Shannon,

I have been using the latest MLS since March. I will report here since perhaps my reporting on resistance would be relevant.

There was one moment early on when I seemed to get results. I had an important exam and the examiner helped me and gave me 5 minutes extra time on the computer (that's illegal...) and was extra helpful only to me. I did well and received a much better score than I expected.

That said, I have not noticed much results since then. I know some kind of resistance is being worked on. I dreamed almost every day, and after adjusting volumes, I noticed that the higher the volume on my Hybrid track, the more frequent, vivid and study-related dreams I get.

The dreams are more relevant to the goal compared to my failed USLM run, which led to dreams occasionally but nothing related to success or luck. MLS made some progress against resistance, then, but still I'm stuck against some obstacle. Results stay at the dreaming stage.

For the past 2 days I switched to Ultrasonic, since there was some discussion here about overload with Hybrid. Less dreams, otherwise too early to say.

What do you think about this, Shannon? I don't know if OF v3 can help here.

Hi Shannon, i havent been listening to any subliminals for last few weeks wasnt seeing anything from the others, i know i shouldnt of bought ofv3 until had a better idea of why nothing has worked for me so far but i decided all your progress and power in the new subliminal its worth a try and 1 loop a day for 2 days on deffinately works really well for me as i can listen with headphones on masked without needing to listen for many loops so i thought its worth a shot to see if the new improvements will get me to see results.

I know it must be frustrating for you when some of us dont seem to see much work but im happy to give the latest of a chance to see if we can make some progress and any feedback i can provide will be good for you too knowing this step might be what some of the most resistant needed to get through.
