So the past week has been uneventful with regards to E3. I have some felt some clearing but nothing major.
Tonight I was listening to it and felt a swell of emotions come up and memories associated with them from a long time ago. These are memories I either put to the side or just forgot about. I haven’t felt like that since I ran UD which E3 has so maybe that is a sign. I feel like I made a good decision in choosing to run this program. I want to root out as much emotional clutter as possible.

Today I developed some really bad heartburn . I don’t know if it was the lunch or maybe E3. I did have a few glasses of red wine and a hot dog for lunch. Afterwards I felt some a burning sensation under my right chest bone. Plus I felt like I had a lot of gas.
I’ve never had a heartburn quite like this. Even now almost 12 hours later, the burning sensation still comes and goes. I wonder if this is E3 manifesting more GI symptoms. During my last run, I had reflux, nausea, gas, hunger pangs, etc.

Really, if that is a response to E3, it's not "manifesting". It would be an expression of deep subconscious fear, and it is being expressed by the primal part of your brain that also controls basic subconscious autonomic functions like digestion. It would be, if that is what it is, that very basic and instinctual part of you telling you it is afraid for your life.

I recall last year I had weird GI issues like this but they eventually went away when I stopped running the program. I thought I had gastritis or something. I feel better today so we will see. On another note, I feel my OCD has gotten better. I am able to sleep better at night without feeling I have to check stuff over and over

I believe that OCD results from a subconscious fear that what is imagined and what is not imaged are the dame thing, or indistinguishable to some part of the awareness close to the surface (conscious mind), which drives irrational behaviors, such as checking to see of a door is locked multiple times. The "reality" of that state is not accepted as "true" upon seeing that it is true, and therefore must be re-verified. If your OCD is improving, it is because your fears are being assuaged and subsided.

I am having more GI issues than usual today.
Today I woke up with a mixture of heartburn and nausea. I’m almost sure this is a reaction of mine to E3. I remember having an intense dream last night. I have had hunger pangs the past few days but today I don’t feel hungry at all due to my mild nausea. I will see how this plays out.

What version are you listening to and how many loops? And did you find different effects from different tracks?
Do you take periodic breaks or do you run it every day?

I have only listened to the hybrid track. I have only took one day break this go around and that was because I forgot to listen to it. Haha

Thanks.
Might have missed it, but do you listen at night? I plan to listen to 4 loops after 1st month doing 3 loops.

So I played golf today and I noticed that I was emotionally calm when I was playing. I sometimes have a temper problem but today I did not get angry except one time but I quickly got over it.
It was surreal. I felt like I was emotionally level. I was calm but alert. |
