Out of curiosity which formats do you mainly listen to when you listen to subs yourself?

Do you prefer listening to the MP3 version or the FLAC?

Also how do you usually go about moving the files from your computer to your preferred player (which I believe was your phone)? I personally use an app called LosslessPlus and it plays flac files on my iPhone and also allows for file transfer via a WiFi connection.

I am not Shannon but I can tell you FLAC is superior than MP3. In MP3, you get compression artifacts in the audio. FLAC gives you a perfect replica of the original audio track.

If your hardware allows you to use FLAC. This is the version to use.

I just realized i miscalculated my days on SM stage 1 I did 31 days and not 32 and have already begun stage 2. Would this present a problem ?. Should i go back and run stage 1 one extra day then start stage 2 from the beginning again ?

I'd say just continue, it'd unbalance it more going back and doing all of stage 1 again than just continuing.

@Shannon Hey Shannon, thought I would report something I found out because maybe there is something a later version of DMSI can do about it (or maybe OE in DMSI possibly) and I think some guys might be in a similar situation out of no fault of their own. If you remember correctly, I had often said I had problems with "sensitivity" and therefore I found it very hard to finish while in the act. Well, realized some important information in relation to that. Turns out I had gotten "Snipped" down there because my mother decided on it. As embarrassing as it is I just didn't realize for the longest time because I just thought everything was ok and I was just less sensitive than other men. I started to suspect a while back ago though and finally looked into it. Yep, I pretty much got circumcised at a young age with no thought as to how it would effect me later on in life.

Honestly, really pisses me of because now due to that it fully explains why I can't feel much of anything down there. Really pissed me off because not only did my family mess me up emotionally (with abuse) but fucked me up physically as well to the point where I can't really enjoy sex all that much due to low sensitivity. I did find out this happens to quite a lot of guys. They get it done young and then they grow up wondering why they can't enjoy sex as much as other guys only to find out they got circumcised. Since this does seem to be prevalent and it might impact the actually having sex part of DMSI I was wondering if you could put something in DMSI that might help with this issue? If not I understand as it "might" be out of the realm of what DMSI is trying to accomplish.

Luckily, if that's the case I did hear there is foreskin restoration methods that I can try though I heard it can take up to a year for it to be complete and that you get some some sensitivity back but the nerve endings that never grow back so you won't be able 100%. Anyway, thought I would mention this since it might effect more guys than just myself who try to run DMSI but then can't really enjoy the sex part of it.

I got circumcised at the age of 23. I have lived with foreskin and I had a medical condition. My frenulum used to tear everytime I had sex. It was very painful and annoying. So I decided to have my foreskin removed and my frenulum partly removed.

What you can do is wearing a artifical foreskin. I am wearing one too. It's for protection of your glans and to regain sensitivity. I faced the same problems of low sensitivity but now my glans is so sensitive, it turned into another problem!

Hey Shannon, I know you mentioned a while back about having multiple versions of the self inside the mind and how you're working on the script to get all these parts to cooperate. I was just curious, do you see this as the normal human experience? Or is this more the case when we have possibly troubled pasts and these are sort of stuck or fractured versions of ourselves that need to be integrated?

I've been reading about people's stories with dissociative identity and how they have "alters". Obviously I don't have DID, but how they described different versions of themselves existing in one mind was fascinating to me. Terrible how it usually comes about though. But it made me think that maybe it exists on a spectrum within the human mind and they are on the extreme end.

Just wanted to pick your mind on the matter because your research is always revealing interesting things about how the mind works.

Sp what you're saying is, you're resisting because you're misunderstanding what is happening. You think DMSI is the thing they want,m and not you; but DMSI is just telling you how to be irresistibly attractive, and when you execute, you are what they want, because it's all you. You executed, you did what it took. It's just following a set of instructions to make you more attractive. Not much different than hiring a personal trainer, if you think about it. Nothing to get upset about.

Shannon, I'm talkin to this girl and tryin to help her out and I'm not sure how to respond to a certain comment she said. She's going through some stuff and i explained to her your reality is what you make of it, and she said "My reality is subject to my emotions and whatever my brain decides I should see and hear". I'm not sure how to tell her that that is inaccurate and how it is inaccurate in the first place.

What I was thinking of saying is something like "I know for a fact a persons reality is ofc affected by their emotions, but your conscious mind can be the filter of those negative emotions and thoughts and not let it become absorbed into your subconscious. The subconscious mind is malleable too, you can change those deep seated subconscious beliefs and fears and whatever"

Do you think that's a good response? What else should I add to make it more accurate?

When I encounter people like that I have found that it is usually just as well to let them enjoy their limited thinking.

Hey Shannon, new as a commenter to the forum here (although not IML subs). Had a comment and a question on DMSI. As someone who didn't execute on DMSI 3.01-3.2, one thing I did notice was the role of fear in blocking progress. In 3.2 in particular, the fear actually manifested physically in what I can only describe as a stress overload response. For the first time in my life, I would get random surges of what I can only describe as swirling energy beginning around the stomach and moving up to the chest, lungs, and throat, creating what felt like internal pressure and making it hard to breathe. Initially began while listening to the sub but then would get it randomly throughout the day. My interpretation was this was the body seizing up due to intense fear/stress. Also experienced the weight gain that many others noted in 3.1 (roughly 25 pounds in my case, just now making progress on losing it while using US/LM). Hopefully this is helpful while you're working on 3.3.

On the question front, I remember you considering adding OED or IER while you were working on 3.2. Would you consider adding IER to 3.3? I'm someone who has had success with OED, but the results weren't permanent, so I'm hoping that when the rest of DMSI executes, there will also be a component to ensure we seal the deal so to speak. Thank you.

3.2 is designed to reverse weight gain caused by the subconscious resistance people experienced on 3.1. It takes quite the fear to cause the things you describe.

I take it you didn't get a chance to see the effects of the module for making you a better lover each time you have sex?

Unfortunately did not get the chance to see that module in action. Is part of what it contributes similar to what IER was supposed to do, i.e. ensure the user was able to perform during the moment of truth?

That module is designed to cause you to give a better and better sexual performance each time you have sex.

You can ask, but you're probably at least a year early for it to even be a consideration.

Not unless you consider me working on some new modules for B17 as progress for LTU. I'm working on B17 while I consider how to get past the issue I have to deal with right now.
