I am beginning to understand just how important visualization is. And how I can in fact really visualize everything including tactile sensations and more.

I had superb visualization abilities as a child and books would come very much alive. Then at some point in my teens it just stopped working. I remember how baffled and frustrated I was when reading a book wasn't producing the rich imagery anymore. Over time, really without me taking notice, I somehow used my minds eye less and less, which is probably connected to GSF. In the same way GSF seems to hold the key to my limited conscious recall ability.

Took only two days to figure that out. Now I'll have to sort through my past to understand and neutralize every GSF roadblock. First the how then the why.
I am experiencing a mild form of anxiety. Nothing earth-shattering, just an uneasy feeling the in background.

I today, also fill like an incompetent yet I think I'm on the right path :

Cleaned my whole appartment in every corner today Smile
Difficult to fall asleep while playing the sub, but the sleep that follows is high-quality.
I got the nudges for some time, starting with DMSI, carrying over to MHS, and now with MLS. Stop smoking. Ah, well, OK. Let's do this.

Last time I decided to abstain was on LTU back in 2014. Lasted for 18 months. Let's make this last a lot longer.
My energy levels are up by ... a lot. My mind is very clear, even after a long day. Normally I'd be completely exhausted by now, but I feel as if I am on 1 liter of sugary coffeine-juice.
Stable mental clarity. Focus is good, I tend to blind out everything around me even more than usually. Gotta keep an eye on the time though, otherwise I fear (fear?) I might miss appointments and other duties.

Steady feeling of anxiety in the background.
Yummy, the usual purge after stopping to smoke is beginning. Green phlegm weeks ahoy! Will be interesting to watch if it is stronger and/or shorter than usual due to the detox scripting in MLS.
I think this underlying anxiety I am experiencing is a swap-over from my dreams. Those are filled with situations in which I overdo something and am presented with the fall-out and consequently GSF. Has been going on for at least three nights now.

In waking reality I am quite playful and cheerful once the feeling of uneasiness subsides.
I have been keeping an eye on how caffeine is functioning in conjunction with MLS.

Coffee is just like it was before, but green tea seems to have a much greater stimulating effect on me now compared with before MLS. And this effect also lasts longer than before.
Also try white, oolong and black teas.

White and oolong might prove a bit tricky to get a hold of at the moment, but they are absolutely on my 'extract of the tea plant to try' list. Black tea however ... not my cup of tea Wink Although I'll probably prioritize experiments over taste this time now that you pointed me into this direction. I'll include yerba mate and guarana as well, because it happens to lie around.

ION: I experienced the euphoria very clear for the first time today. Happened after I asked an experienced and specialized workmate about something he is working on (because it suddenly seemed sooo interesting to me). I am notoriously bad at asking someone else anything. My ingrained (and faulty) modus operandi is "I'll figure it out alone. And if I don't figure it out it is not meant to be.'

It's not even been a full week ... and I already enjoy this sub like no other before it.
Matcha Tea Wink A better version of green tea.
