Thanks for the tip, going to check out the book.
Yes, I don't take this supplement now, I guess I need a break :-)

hmm I thought that the food I eat was good, but... hmm I usually cook myself.
I'm riding a bike and jogging - no pain in my knees. I'm doing the right excercies to strengthen my leg muscles... there has been a lot of improvement in this area. I'm really happy about it - I'm going in the right direction, getting better and better!
Consulted the dermatologist yesterday. She was looking for an external cause and found none. New washing liquid? No. Sunburn? No. Maybe new blanket? hmhm NO!

I then asked her if the rash could be a detox. She looked at me strangely and said that she don't think so....

well, I still have the rash on my back. It's been 2 weeks now. I don't know what the reason is. It looks as though it was healing now, but very slowly, and new pimples are appearing here and there...

What's your diet?

I usually eat scrambled eggs for breakfast (class A eggs). Different types of soups, potatoes (or buckwheat groats) with meat and salad for dinner. And for supper bread with cheese or ham and sliced young cabbage, all sprinkled with pepper and some ketchup. Additionally I eat almonds and cashews for snacks or as lunch.
I eat grapefruits quite often, at least two times a week, coz I love them.

From this week on I started to eat garlic (once a week) and drink fresh beet and apple juice twice a week (home made).

Well, of course it happens that I eat some junk food sometimes, and that I eat sweets, but I try to avoid it if I can. I avoid eating yogurts.

I think I didn't drink enough water in the past. Now I try to drink more water. I never drink coffee or tea (don't like it) - just water, water with lemon or home made beet and apple juice.
I have sth worth reporting.

I have crooked nose, because I fell from the slide straight on my face when I was 14 years old, what an accident!

For quite some time I've been feeling a pleasant tingling in my nose. Today my mother exclaimed surprised looking at my face - hey, looks as though you had a straight nose! hmhmhm I'm looking in the mirror and it really looks as though my nose was far more straight than before... hehe it made my day, I didn't expect my nose to heal, my nose healing is actually the last thing I would believe could heal....
I hope you have before and after pics of MHS-5.5G. I am curious to see those for alot of reasons
I don't see how it could be detox at this point.

I didn't take a pic of my nose before MHS, because I didn't expect it to heal, lol. But I could look for some old pics, especially the one's when I smile, coz then you can very clearly see how crooked my nose was.

Yeah sure.. After u have completed ur MHS-5.5G journey.. No hurries
It's unbelievable - I have soft bones in the nose - almost like plasticine and I just set my nose to the straight position. When I tried to set it before it would immediately return to the privious crooked position. It's almost fully straight now. It is still little bit crooked in the middle, coz I still have uneven nasal septum, but the nose looks really good compared to how it was before MHS 5.5. G
The nasal septum straightened today. I had to help it little bit with my fingers to set it straight and it's almost fully straight now. My nose is almost fully healed. Interesting, my brother confirmed that my nose looks straight and he just asked me if I had surgery, coz he don't believe in the subs I told him about.
