sounds cool
day 10
doing my 5 loops right now. I'm about to start 3rd loop. Listening to this sub is very relaxing. On days when my knees hurt I feel as though my bones were "soft" & relocating to get in to their proper position - I believe it's due to muscle disbalance I wrote about.

Day 11
as soon as I started listening to MHS, my lower back started to hurt, that's interesting. It seems as though I had more to heal than just knees. It's actually the left side of my lower back and neck + right side of jaw.

Day 12
this sub is changing me completely and on a very fundamental level, which means:
- this what I have been up to this day, I'm turning my whole being in a different direction, the direction of detachment, setting up realistic goals for myself without external motivation and without competition, choosing goals for myself regardless of what other people are doing, especially the ones I once admired
- moving towards personal freedom and space which is both good and bad - I'm gonna be little bit like a lonely wolf
It's very subtle I have to say and natural. It's so natural that it makes me think "hey! why haven't I done this before?!"
all in all these initial changes are good for me
Other than that I feel very relaxed, mellow, calm, listening to this sub is so pleasant that it's almost addictive :-)
now, physical changes: ganglion cyst is still there, my lower back and knees still hurt - but hey! that's only day 12 :-) gonna tell you how I feel on day 100!

wait, what day on MHS is it? it's day nr 16 - I thought that I would have to wait until day 100 before there would be sth worth reporting
oh God, I love this sub! IT'S AMAZING . I wasn't even on physioterapy session and some of my muscles that were so tense - they just relaxed and are rejuvenating - first they hurt as though I had sports massage and manual therapy, of course I had none of them! They just started to hurt and then heal, it's f%&^ing awesome...................
I was doing squats on today's training, jumping higher than in many years, oh and I walk normaly (not like someone with muscle disbalance - which seems to be healing, reversing, getting back to normal, the way it should be....)
MHS

Sounds awesome, I have pretty tense and tight muscles even though I get a massage around every 2 or 3 weeks. I definately need some MHS at some stage. Sometimes I feel like i'm breaking my body down more at the gym instead of improving things.

Buy a foam roller or get a tennis ball. Not everything has to be on subliminal.!!

foam roller and tennis ball are awesome, but MHS has no equal
in my opinion

hey, this sub really surprised me - I didn't expect anything at all and boom - such nice results! but, it's better not to expect anything and just try it out

I have both a foam roller and lacrosse ball and use them regularly but it doesn't give much but temporary relief. I even get remedial massages regularly and that doesn't either except for that day and a bit the day after.

Day 21
Yesterday when I woke up the tension in my back muscles was released, I felt really good. Turns out that the right posture plays a major role when it comes down to knee injury (caused by muscle disbalance). My posture got much better - it's upright.
hmm my eyes got much better, to the point that I forgot that I had a very nasty dry eye syndrome (my eyes still hurt little bit, but compared to 21 days ago, it's like nothing)
