Different things heal at different rates. I'm really interested in your depression going away. What's going on with that?
Interesting, can't say I would have thought of depression going away with MHS, I'd have thought E2 would do that more.

There has been a correlation between depression and knee injury in my case. For about 15 years (that's half of my live) I've been focusing all of my mental powers on tranings and then all of a sudden I had to stop traning coz of knee injury = I got depressed.
MHS helps me refocus in other directions than trainings, I still do train (calisthenics), but trainings are no longer number 1 thing in my life - developing a healthy attitude :-)

Well... Aren't physical and emotional health the same thing in the grand scheme of things? Smile

yeah, probably...
MHS works, but I have difficult time noticing what is being healed and what's doing. It's difficult to put a finger on it. Sometimes I'm tired and sleep a lot, sometimes I feel energetic. Overall I feel like I have more energy than before MHS.

Aside from that... I'm buying a flat for myself, I'm taking credit from bank. Before I started using subs I would have never imagined that I could buy myself a flat, let alone do it, and do it with such a confidence and lightness. I CAN DO IT :-)
I guess in few days u r gonna become like - Wolverine.

guess buying a flat is normal for the majority, to me it has always been a big deal :-)
Growing is always an awesome feeling.
Since last friday I've been having rash and pustules all over my back, under and over my breasts and on my neck and little bit on my arms, but mainly on my back - basicaly almost all my back (the rash is most intense in the area of my lungs, on both sides) is covered with rash and pustules - it looks awful - I have never seen something like that before. I never had any allergies, but I've eaten two kg strawberries and I thought that maybe they gave me the rash (I've heard that strawberries in my country are being spiced pretty heavily with pesticides, so now I'm not gonna eat more strawberries! no no), but.... I think that it might be the detox from MHS as well - would the allergy caused by strawberries be so intense?? I don't know. And the other thing is that the rash apeared after I started taking diet supplement: a mixture of various metals - calcium, phosphorus and many others... maybe I took too much of it and that's the reason for why my body reacted so heavily? I took it three times a day, it's fluid. Again, I don't know. But when my mom saw my back she started to cry and shout at me, coz it looks so awful, lol - good that it's getting little bit better - as of this writing it's day 6 of this strange stuff on my back

no, I didn't visit the doctor, but I bought an anti-allergy ointment - it helps little bit.
That sounds like your body is trying to detoxify something. Stop taking your supplements. If you want better nutrition cook food better. Look up the book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston Price and Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon.
I had something that sounds similar that turns out to have been chicken pox. This is why we call on doctors when these things happen - so we know what it is and how to fix it. Wink

Consulted the doctor today. She said it looks little bit like measles, but after some tests she excluded this possibility, and said she has never seen something like that. Actually that were the first words she spoke - oh I've never seen something like that! hmhm

so it really might be the detox, but I don't know - going to the dermatologist next week.
