Hey, I'm logging everything here that I notice; my point is that I don't think that I am missing anything. If this is the aura working as it's supposed to, then it's shit. Which is why I don't believe that my aura is firing yet. If that's as good as it gets, I wouldn't waste any more time on DMSI.

But I don't believe it. This is just me and my new confidence
and body working. When the aura kicks in, and I'm starting to believe that it's coming soon, it's going to be far better than a group of teenagers checking me out.

We were out tonight for pizza. Super hot waitress... I was invisible. No results, no approaches, no heat, no hunger, no headaches, etc
I saw that Catman is going to six loops... I assume I should stick with two or less?

Let's have you do 7 or 8 loops per day of 3.1. That looks like where you will get the overall best short and long term results from DMSI. 7 for better short term, 8 for better long term. Your choice.
I don't think this is dmsi. Swiss is obviously a good looking bloke hence the "head turns". I don't believe the aura is even being generated. To prove this stop using it for 8 weeks and see the results.

Holy crap. Might be able to get 6 loops tonight of US and a couple more hybrid during the day tomorrow.

Pretty sure that when Shannon recommends 7 or 8, that's consecutive. Can't split 'em up, it doesn't work that way anymore with ASRB.

Ok, might be able to push 7 US tonight. I don't normally sleep 8 hours any more, so 8 is a tough target.

If you just play it on your phone, the process becomes very easy. Just set up a playlist and keep your phone with you, and start playing it an hour before bed with your phone next to you.

Just remember, whichever number of loops you choose... stick to it with 3.1.
I'm going to go for 7 loops. I'm more likely to be able to not break ASRB.

Short term changes on top of the progress I'm making at the moment would be great. And we'll have 3.2 at some point Smile
