Update:

I had to stop the listening as I wasn't at all able to stick to the minimum 8hrs.

I am going to plan to listen over the summer after my exams and make a plan so that its easy to listen.

If anyone is reading this then some advice is sought please.

Would you say this is the correct subliminal for me to overcome procrastination and the monotomy of studying or would you say there is another subliminal that I should use to serve me for my 2nd year?

thank you
If I was you, I would buy this: http://www.subliminal-shop.com/product/e...g-aid-2-0/

the reasons for procrastination might be various, emotional in its nature...

and don't worry if you don't get minimum 8hrs a day, it's better to get 2 hours a day than nothing at all, even one hour a day makes a difference, go at your own pace
Pau Ko

Thank you very much Smile

I thought less than 8hours and you're wasting your own time no?

No, It's not a wastage of your time, better to keep going slowly and making a slow progress than not progressing at all. The results you can get by using these subs are magic and very deep if you stick to one sub for a longer period of time. It's even better if you keep consciously working on your issues such as: fear, shame, guilt, actively asking yourself questions about the underlying reasons for your issues, such as: procrastination and others...
oh i see, I honestly thought that if you miss a day without getting 8hours then it sets you back.

Im really confused Pau Ko, as to what to do

I chose MLS but haven't been consistent.

I want to be someone that hits all their goals, doesn't procrastinate, gets the work done before ahead of time and yet has a life, is chilled and enjoying life too.

I want to be able to study and not feel like i am afraid or giving up inside.

Does all this still warrant EPRHA or shall i stick with MLS or try another sub?

No, it does not set you back. It pushes you forward at a slower pace. And that's all fine :-).

What is the reason for why you at this point in your life are not the person you would want to be? Is it fear and overwhelm? All that sits within you. The sub you will choose will uproot the junk, the fears, the problems you have perceived earlier in your life that set you back. The sub will uproot your negativity so that you can face it step by step, understand it layer by layer and gradually become the person you want to be. I think that the most holistic and smart approach for doing that would be by choosing EPRHA 2.0 as the first sub.

I've been doing it for almost 3 months right now (2 hours a day) + actively making effort to understand what issues/supressed feelings and emotions the sub brings up in order to dissolve them and all I can say so far is that, gushh that's been f**ing most productive 3 months in terms of personal growth I ever had in my life.

You seem to be afraid of wasting time. That's fear. EHPRA 2.0 deals with fear and has stress relief and relaxation programming in it.

First thing I would do if I was you though, would be to identify what expectations you have towards yourself. Are the expectations you have in your body your own expectations or are they imposed upon you by family or someone else or maybe you felt at some point in your life that you wanted to live up to someone else's level (be like someone else) or expectations in order to impress them or for some other reason...
Too high expectations are no good. They lead nowhere. You can take just a little step every day. If you have unrealistic expectations towards yourself, you will not feel like even taking that small step a day in order to slowly move towards your goals.

and.. one more thing. Probably the most valuable advice would be: discover for yourself, discover the issues that hold you back, discover for yourself how to dissolve them
Sorry for the delay in replying back to you Pau Ko.

What if I don't know what is holding me back, then will the sub/EPRHA 2.0 still reveal it and I will even know it is revealed?

Will the sub EPRHA 2.0 actually make me less motivated by slowing me down and making me too chilled out?

Wow you're getting results by just using it for 2hours a day?

Every person is different and has different needs. EPRHA 2.0 will adjust to your personal situation and your specific needs. It will work at the pace that is most suitable for you and it will uproot the issues that hold you back. You just have to notice, learn to notice the negativity that is being uprooted, the tension and so on...

I can only tell you that I suffered from severe depression and I recovered by using only these subs. EPRHA 2.0 is the one that helped me most.

It's been my responsibility that I got depressed, but you know what? I didn't know WHY I ENDED UP DEPRESSED, what was the reason for my depression. I didn't know, like you don't know. How did I found out? I realized that no one can help me. That I have to help myself. I wanted to recover. It became the most important thing to me. I've been asking myself the questions such as why do I feel like that? What does the tension mean? What is the reason for it? I dissolved the depression layer by layer. I dissolved the depression by moving slowly in a new, positive direction. I've been simply growing out of it by using these subs.

I believe that there is far more than ONE reason for conditions such as depression, anxiety, procrastination. I had lot's of reasons in my body (in form of tension).
It takes time to recover, grow and change.

I have no idea how EPRHA 2.0 is going to affect you - it's going to adjust to your spesific needs...

that's probably, coz of that: HyperCompression Technology #1: This backport 6G technology allows the program to achieve word-per-minute rates that average about 650% of standard 5G, meaning each hour of listening is the equivalent of listening to about 6.5 hours of a standard 5G program.

anyhow, whichever sub you choose, I wish you GOOD LUCK!!
Amazing reply, especially the very last part about the 6G technology, which to be honest I didn't even understand until you put it into words, so I'm going to now look at it more.

Thank you very much Pau Smile I have time so going to ponder on all this until my exams finish then decide the best move, but your valuable advice and suggestion is going to definitely and gratefully take precedence so thank you very much

Is EPRHA 2.0 the best sub for self-esteem?

And is it the free eprha any good or worth buying and using the EPRHA 2.0?
anyone answer this please?
It seems to be good for self esteem so far. Have a look at this post http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-7490-p...#pid110231

It's definately worth buying E2 from what i'm reading in journals. It's much more powerful compared to 1. I'll be using it myself in about 2 weeks.
Thank you very much Ben Smile

Im just stuck whether to spend 3 months on E2, or get focused again and try MLS 5.0 because I'm at uni and 2nd year is the toughest year (everyone is saying this) or try another to help me for studying purposes and for my fears and procrastinations. I can't seem to connect my desires and goals with my actions.

Any advice from you and all please?

Ive now also taken a look at this:http://www.subliminal-shop.com/product/improve-your-grades-and-study-habits/

could this be what I need rather than the MLS 5G?

again someone please advise

I also should add that my major sticking point also is that I don't get myself to do anything such as studying until the pressure hits me, until the deadline is near....so need to resolve this please asap....so ....

please advice!!
This Journal is now coming to a close.

Thank you to all that have read. Apologies that nothing great was reported due to inability to get 8hours however that is now fixed and ill be moving to a new subliminal soon - EPRHA 2.0 and trying that.

see you at my new journal : http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-7547.html
