Subliminal Talk

The marketing course I am engaged in at the moment focuses heavily on understanding how to provide a solution to people's problems and working out what those problems are in the first place.

Not sure how that would work in a sub, but would be useful!

Great question Nationwide...I thought a lot about this also....until I saw that it was only 25,000 words and 16,333 words after the strip down phase (Shannon's Journal)....

AM6 is 98,000 words and is 6 stages while BASE 5G is 16,333 words and is 7 Stages...

When Shannon said he wanted to make it a standalone program and is not worried about it conflicting with or overshadowing other programs, ideas started to pour out like crazy.....

He also encouraged us for last minute suggestions as this is getting ready to be built and has room for inclusion in the next 10 days so everybody is "brain dumping" as fast as possible....

Compression, spelling, reading and general - advanced language skills ? This is something that would benefit me A LOT, and all the people on here which English isn't there former language. I think it will go well with "maths skills" as well.....

Some inputs:
1) Able to identify future top-talents employees
2) Able to gather, form and manage a team of employees
3) Expert in identifying deceptive people
4) Giving back, charity oriented - it can attract future success.
5) Able to find future profitable ideas.

It's regarding voice and use of BASE by ladies

jennielee in the other thread (linked above) has clearly articulated the reasons of the lady crowd. Thanks Shannon for reading.

PS. Given the amount of input, it would be nice to know what actually went into the final product, since a lot of guys are chiming in on this, and from the looks on the forums, not enough ladies. Plus there's input that women need to be more like men (deep voice, testosterone) in order to succeed. I sorely disagree.

I was very keen to grab BASE 5G the day it appears on the catalog, but I will have to evaluate if the sub is really suitable for ladies as well.

Unlike the others, I don't need the kitchen sink thrown in, just what is necessary for the sub to be effective and still be who the person wants to be. Don't want to listen to the sub and turn into someone else. I sincerely hope that Shannon will take into consideration the lady crowd too.

This already looks amazing and I will definitely get it. It would be useful to have some goals that consider the needs of our potential clients. My suggestions below are already partially covered elsewhere, and perhaps could just give you ideas for the scripting rather than goals.

It would be good to have explicit goals to maximize the value you bring to the marketplace (I know it's partially covered by think win-win). Ultimately we get paid for the value we bring.

Eg.
- fall in love with your prospects / clients, not your product / service
- do your absolute best to meet their needs and desires

I know people will have done Alpha Male beforehand, but even more improved leadership would be great! Becoming a great leader and great manager will help us to become great CEOs. These are again partially covered by a few other points, but are massively important to becoming a successful entrepreneur: to maximize a business' success it will need to hire staff to scale up. (Even if it was a one-man band he would need to properly lead and manage himself, although this is covered by many of the other points: goal setting, focus, etc).

Many people may not yet have businesses they run. It would be useful to push them in a direction where they pick up on opportunities - and for those of us with businesses already, to pick up on new opportunities (partially covered e.g. by Luck Magnifier).

Summary: Listen to people - the easiest way to always have new business opportunities is to talk with people and let them share with you their pains, problems, needs, and/or wants.

Summary: The real secret is to find PAIN POINTS in your daily routine. You have to identify what frustrates you in your business? personal life? relationships?
Then, what you do is think of the effects that may happen when this PAIN POINT isn't resolved. Use that to generate an idea for a profitable business.

The last thing I checked to get ideas was the Hidden Secret in Think and Grow Rich:

Step 1: Have a burning desire to accomplish one major definite purpose
Step 2: Have faith that you will succeed
Step 3: Organize a definite plan and take action
Step 4: Never give up until you achieve your one major definite purpose.
The secret ingredient: Consistency in all steps

But it looks like that should all be covered!

With all that in mind, here are some suggestions - either for explicit goals in the program or to add into the scripting somewhere.

- maximize the value you bring to others (AND get fairly compensated for that value!)
- do your absolute best to meet your clients' needs, wants and desires
- improved listening and empathy to discover business opportunities
- creating an inspiring vision that others want to join and support
- become the best leader and manager you can be

While not a program goal, the scripting for Maximize Sales Success that is used could have the idea behind the great book "Go for No" added to it:
-each "no" is not a rejection, but you getting closer to a "yes"!
This helps to make sales much more pleasant.

No one says women need to be more like man in order to succeed. But, look at the women who are competing in sports at a professional level. Analyze their physique, their voice.

I don't think one needs to have a deep voice etc. and then she/he will become a Successful Entrepreneur. It's a consequence of what it takes to succeed. Of the confidence you gain. Like Ruffian said, it relative to each individual.

Initially we all wanted the same thing, a minimalist approach to BASE 5G. Shannon said it wasn't going to work like we/he wanted so BASE 5G will be in the same range as the alpha male/sex magnet etc programs....that's the reason for all these last minute suggestions.

Normally these suggestions happen usually throughout weeks when other programs were being updated such as Alpha Male, but now we only have 3 days to get everything we can for BASE (customer suggestions) included into it...that's why it feels like there is such overwhelming input all at once (that and Shannon has had a sense of urgency lately in building and completing BASE)

The whole goal of the sub is to "change" your Identity to that of a successful entreprenuer...Massive Identity changes requiring money and/or relationships take a lot of work/change because they have been there (comfortable) for long periods of time. (Basically, "This is the sort of person I am...." type statements)

As far as women, Shannon can easily add statement such as "If I Am Female.....or If I Am Male" type statements to benefit women and men differently (see Overcoming Approach Anxiety For Men 4G script). I would like to see more input from women as well as they can "see things" that men aren't necessarily able to see...

In any case, Shannon asked for input from forum members and I can see quite a number of positive input. While mine was simply to remember us ladies as well

My comment regarding kitchen sink wasn't directed at anyone in particular, please don't take offense. The two words were the first things that came to mind when I saw the list of things about to be added and then more things poured into the thread.
