What I mean is anytime I try to give to my family for the better of all of us they bring me down by saying what have you ever done to achieve, how much money have you made, to prove to us your sayings are worthwhile. All they care about is, if you have money your words are valuable, they have lost touch with their emotional side, caring side, all they can think of is money. So how would base help in this regard Shannon?

Also, realize that this is a common denominator of successful people in any business (excluding multi-generational/wealthy families) and that you're right on track for success (although the process is sometimes emotionally painful)

BASE, like BAMM 2.0, causes you to become self sufficient and self validating. Therefore, you no longer need validation from, nor approval of, family or anyone else to succeed. At no time is it reasonable for your feelings to be hurt by the response of anyone else to your efforts to becoming successful; their responses do not matter emotionally. They are either helpful, neutral or harmful, and if they are not helpful, then you have no need to pay them heed.

My family spent a considerable amount of time and effort in the beginning trying to convince me that I was useless, helpless, worthless, incapable, yada yada yada. You can respond to that in two ways: "I believe you," or "I'm going to prove you wrong." Until I chose the latter instead of the former, I was a failure, and I expressed myself as being everything they told me I was: useless, worthless, helpless, incapable, etc. But the minute I realized they were full of it, and I adopted the latter point of view, they started REALLY attacking me... trying to keep me down. And I started REALLY kicking ass, trying to prove them wrong.

Now, I am respected by everyone in my family because I have proved them wrong, even though I am not a millionaire yet. Now they admire me, show me respect, treat me with consideration. But they needed proof first. I had to show them that they were wrong with what I did, and what results I achieved through what I did.

At one time, I was bent on "revenge". I thought I was going to rub someone's nose in it when I became a millionaire, and then they'd see! But long ago, that faded, because I simply don't care what "they" think anymore. If they want to tell me I can't, well, sucks to be them, 'cause I'm going to succeed regardless. My best friend, to this day, adamantly refuses to believe that subliminals actually work, and he believes I'm going to fail because of it. Unfortunately for him... they do work, and I have no intentions of failing. At anything I focus myself on.

It used to hurt my feelings when people would tell me I could not, because I needed their validation and I needed them to believe in me because I did not. Now, I am self validating and I believe in me regardless of what anyone else says, does or thinks about what I choose to do. So when people show up and tell me I can't, etc.... I just smile and keep on making progress towards my ever growing and inevitable success.

It's in there.

Hi shannon, this is just a suggestion but, wouldn't it be better just to know who to trust and who not to trust, as opposed to being self-validating?
Methinks you don't comprehend what self validation is or how important and far reaching an impact this has.

Being self validating means that you choose for yourself instead of relying on others. It can be as basic as what you perceive yourself to look like; for instance:

Someone who is self validating will decide what they want to look like, and then achieve that look, and decide they are happy with it. Others may comment or conclude whatever they wish, but the self validating person does not need their input or necessarily care what others think of how they look. They therefore have a good self confidence, self esteem and self identity. This is typical of leaders, successful people and alphas.

Someone who is not self validating will constantly be trying to seek what others think of them, constantly be bending to the whim of what others say or think, constantly be seeking validation from others, and constantly be insecure about whether or not they look good and if others like them, what they're wearing, or how they look as a result. It correlates to low self esteem, self respect, self worth and poor self image, with a lot of fear and anxiety subconsciously. This is typical of "fashionistas".

This example is just one of many directions this can be taken. Self validation is a huge building block in a healthy and successful person, personality and psyche.

As well, how do you know who you can trust? And do you really need a subliminal to tell you this?
Alright, I just finished tagging the Master Key Script for stage weave-out. Here is a list of what modules are left after duplication removal, and what stages they will be found in. Ok well, I didn't mean to "challenge" you or anything, it just seems like someone who's self-validating could easily lose touch with reality. When I hear self-validating I think of someone who's an asshole or a douchbag. No one man is an island man, sometimes the people around you have a point and sometimes they don't. You just have to know who best to surround yourself with.

But whatever, self-validate away.

How do I know who I can trust? People who have the same goals I do, or people I look up to or admire.

I never had a positive male role model in my life, but that doesn't mean I'm going to obsess over being alpha, I'm going to learn from the people that I know I can trust.
Interesting list. It seems that the more social ones are in the later stages - improved voice, communications, team building etc.

I was quite surprised by how much overlap there is between stages. I suppose that we need more than 32 days to absorb a single inclusion, especially when it is blended with so many others.

Can't wait to get started!

Gratitude, taken too far, tends to dissolve motivation. I don't want that. So I tempered it to prevent that from happening. Tempered means it is only allowed to manifest up to as far as possible without damaging motivation.

No. I am building this program in a much different way, which is more efficient. The side effect is that I have this list, which is easier to share than it is to come up with a description of what each stage is designed to do.

I'm not taking it as a challenge. :-) It's just very important to understand what self validation is.

When you think self validating, you should be thinking "healthy emotional state". "Assholes" and "douchebags" are by definition NOT self validating, because they are such as a response to an inner fear that they are for whatever reason not good enough. Assholes and douchebags are such because they are drowning in false ego and self awareness usually, as well as false self-valuation (valuing themselves above everyone else without restraint in an effort to hide from fear of not being good enough or worthwhile), but not self validation. If they were self validating, they would have neither need, nor desire to be assholes or douchebags because that would not be necessary as an ego defense against insecurity about their value.

In effect, the outer display is usually a reversal of the inner truth. Arrogant and egotistical people typically feel insecure and unsure of themselves internally, for example. Jerks are afraid they're not liked, not likeable, etc.

So to perceive oneself as valid makes one secure in themselves, and that relieves a lot of the false ego, game playing and other BS we see from the average person. It doesn't mean that one cannot listen to the points of views of others, just that a self validating person does not need those points of view from others to be valid in and of him or herself. I don't need my neighbor to tell me my clothes are nice for me to believe my clothes are nice, for example, because I am confident in my ability to pick out clothes I like, and I don't need anyone else to decide f they're "good enough" because I like them and that's valid, and I understand that.

In my experience, "people who have the same goals I do" has nothing to do with trustworthiness. In fact half the time, that's gotten me stabbed in the back or betrayed because they were either competing with me for the same goal, or because they believed that such was necessary for themselves to succeed. I have also been betrayed by people I looked up to and admired. Those are not indicators of trust. You have to be able to validate what is worthwhile for you to accept for yourself and what is not, from those sources. Which is self validation.

Being self validating would have nothing to do with losing sight of reality because self validation simply means that you can make and accept your own choices for yourself. Is it losing sight of reality for me to choose one type of car over another, because I happen to like the style, even if my best friend thinks it's ridiculous? Is it losing sight of reality for me to fail to feel bad when a woman I encounter at a bar shoots me down, whether or not I was actually hitting on her, because I don't need her approval or acceptance to be in my natural state of emotional calm, health and balance? Is it losing sight of reality for me to choose to not drink alcohol when everyone around me is, because I don't particularly care for how it feels to be drunk, or need it for dealing with social anxiety? All of these things are things a self validating person would do.

This particular 6 stage set has an unusual amount of overlap, but it happens that way because of how each thing focuses, and how many things there are to inject versus how many stages there are into which they are being injected.
Is there a reason that points 20 to 45 have asterisks before them?
