Thank you so much for your detailed answer, Rainbow! I can see you changed your avatar, too. Love the new one - is it you in the pic?

Unfortunately, I haven't had much success with the Sedona method and EFT. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. I might try out those techniques again down the road, but at the moment I don't feel like it.

I definitely agree that a relatively stable schedule (with or without the subs) is important for general well-being and productivity. I have a routine in place that serves me very well and I keep fine-tuning it.

I also have a meditation/relaxation activity in place (I take a 20-minute nap with the help of binaural beats - love it!), but it's not necessarily aimed at releasing negativity.

I love your point 5: "Actively acknowledge and be grateful for any changes in yourself, your behavior, your life, or your experience. Be nice to yourself no matter what!." Good point. I feel that I kind of do that, but that there's some room for improvement.

Thanks again for your reply. You brought up some very good points - many of them I have already in place, but as I said, some could probably be improved on.
Your most welcome,
that is me in the pic lol,
resistance is going to be tough-it gets better with time.
Its awesome if you can improve upon that aforementioned stuff, discipline is great but be care full not to force yourself.
I've come to believe and experience the power of awareness and intention
more strongly then mechanics. I.E.techniques can be great but more importantly..be aware of resistance
and negativity and not judge it, intend to see how you might enjoy it and laugh about it, make fun of it
and intend to move beyond it...be easy. I heard once that in active growth.. if you have a fantastic day you can be sure the next one is going to be hell..lol Its more of an exaggeration but holds some truth..were delicate systems and its takes some getting used moving into a different/ more integrated /evolved version of ourselves. The more you trust yourself and the process the quicker you'll find yourself being in a place you want to be.
Whatever happens you can always see the opportunity to grow in whatever it is. Once you see that opportunity there are no longer "bad" days
really well put Spiral
and very true-it just becomes a matter of conscious choice--choosing the opportunity to grow..
eventually to not to do so becomes painfull
My new favorite way to meet woman at night life.
when they catch my eye for sustained eye contact..I give them a salute-like a soldier.
If they don't respond at all I go up and say "I was just saluting you because you looked so at attention"
If the giggle but don't salute I go up and say "whats wrong soldier?"
If the salute back I go up, hold out my hand like their 'doing to much' and say "At ease cadet/soldier." Then I either riff from there or pause and introduce myself "I'm Zak"
I find it so funny to do.
I did a couple hours of muay thai and Ju Jitsu at my brothers mixed martial arts studio
and have not liked something so much since...training for powerlifting and running kids over in Rugby. I'm pleased to say I have found a
new passion to pour my energy, instinct, time, and learning into. I go for free by spending two hours cleaning up after-just like karate kid. Wax On..Wax Off
Awesome Rainbow! It's the best form of exercise. I hate running and some other stuff but martial arts is great.

I haven't trained for probably 6 months but next week there is a class starting for the year i'm going to check out. It sounds promising but I won't know until I see it.

Here's hoping I like it!

-Ben
I'll cheers to that!
quick funny story:
I met this woman from Colombia last night.
She barely spoke English but in my opinion was the sexiest
woman I have ever seen in my life. Fit with the nicest hugest natural breasts
I have ever seen. Anyway
it was her friends birthday and they were showing me pictures
of just the two of them at some chippendales place.
So naturally I started giving them lap dances, and when I
straddled the one from colommbia she zips her jacket half way down
and then sticks her chest forward to show off her cleavage and her zipper
explodes, flies ten feet and nearly breaks a glass...it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.
That's pretty funny Rainbow! Almost seems like a scene from a movie. Good stuff. I'm also running OFSG at the moment and it's been hitting me pretty hard the last 3-4 days. Must be some deep rooted stuff being worked on. Seems like it's working pretty well for you.
haha thanks HMoody.
That's actually a bit how I think when I go out..I want my night to be movie like lol
I'm really enjoying this sub, I've had some lull days..but in general I'm feeling better and better.
I know its hitting the roots because for the first time in months I'm having the craziest semi lucid dreams about my deepest insecurities and growing out of them.
Hmoody, how long have you been running it?
What are you noticing?
Hmoody-I checked out your Journal and responded there as well

I have a bit of a dorky idea, but thought it could be kind of cool
if subs had symbols-like badges and they could be posted near our avatars.
I actually like that idea, Rainbow... you should get right on that.
if your serious..I can start designing preliminary models of symbols/badges.
