that is an awesome idea

Heads up: it hurts so good, brother.
@ Sean.--not quite sure what you mean but it sound supportive so thank you..oh the ball lol..yeah Im looking foward to itSmile
almost an hour in...the consistent pain is gone...the accute pain is there in certain movements-the spasms
are shorter...wow..I don't think I've ever felt so physically vulnerable..going to take some serious preventative measures in the future.
I think it would have to be a ridiculously powerful mind to give you a placebo effect like that.
By the way, to answer your question, it will kill any pain that is useless and chronic.
@ Shannon-so your saying its not the subSmile
well this is similar to a back issue I experienced before, which was partially a muscle tear and partially a pinch on the scaitic nerve. In any case...my headaches..and neck pain are completely gone and the recent injury is feeling remarkably better..the point of injury itself still hurts with certain movements..but the spasm have gone from 10's to 1's and the pain extended down into my legs is completely gone..the hurt area is now completely localized..and my emotional state feels fantastic as well..not sure why/how/or if the subs is effecting that.
No, I'm saying it is the sub. Placebo on severe pain is very unlikely to take that long to kick in, or last very long at all. I'd put money on it being the sub.
Shannon, OF COURSE ITS THE SUB, I was making a self aggrandizing joke...
you were not kidding when you said you were a literalist..then again tone doesn't convey well in text
In any case here's some more feedback:
You did an amazing job on this one...this sub is really incredible-all pain is almost gone now..but the strangest thing is I feel really calm and confident as well..like unusually so...does the sub effect emotional and mental pain?...I feel super clear on all levels.
@Shannon or anyone who knows
will there be a new AM coming out this year?
Shannon how much script of its predecessor is in this new gem?
Looking at the older one there are some of statements not directly focusing on "chronic and useless pain".
Like,
"I am feeling better and better."
"I am healthier and happier than the day before."

Think I'm gonna try this one, on a friend with suspicious pain and see what happens.
@ Elusive-I really do feeling happier and healthier than I have in a while even just from the last few hours of listening to this super powered new pup. I have no idea what this optimus engine thing is..but
I have zero fatigue..I feel mentally more alert and bright...usually an hour or 2 on a 4g new sub would have me feeling some resistance or fatigue..
when I first got the injury I was very clinical about it-then I started to feel really down on myself since this will be my 3rd major injury in the last few months..but just feeling happier is really helping me not focus on it..it seems like a good addition to a script.
I did not see it was a sub already
lol
There's an interesting line in the script about not needing attention from others..
I wonder if that has to do with back pain being a pyschosomatic symptom/expression of victim mentality/sympathy seeking...or is needing attention related to not being able to 'support' oneself holistically.
Its fascinating to see the connection between physical ailments and their mental and even spiritual origins.
The Divided Mind by John Sarno.

Check it out Rainbow. He's all about psychosomatics. Anything that begins and starts in the body is psychosomatic (not stds or viruses or shit like that). Even some cancer is psychosomatic. I just started reading it but so far so good.
thanks Spiral..looks really good
i didn't realize you've been experiencing no pain at all today. I'm about to trash the book and just put this sub on my shelf instead! Awesome results rainbow
Yes I felt much better today...
only one small spasm and was even out and about walking.
The sub also makes me just feel more whole, and happy as a person which was a pleasant perk.
I was more interested in the holistic connection for the sake of interesting ideas.
The author Carolyn Myss has been really helpful in some mind-body issues I have had.
