Yeah bro, since using ASC 5G at night I've had non-stop dreams. It's weird I feel like I dream so damn much that I honestly can't remember my dreams, it's just too many per night. But, I just started getting used to the sub and my dreams are slowing down now.

If you end up anything like me, your sleeping patterns will eventually change due to the sub. I lost so much sleep since using it, which I can't help because I am the s******* sleeper in the world. I was the complete opposite from you, my weak headaches kicked in kinda quick but went away after awhile. I would wake up pretty damn good actually. Did you feel pressure in your head, like someone was softly gripping your brain?

Hey Shannon! If what you mean by headaches is a feeling of slight pressure inn my head then it is indeed caused by the ASC 5G.
The headaches do feel less and less as time goes by.

Anyway, you recommend listening to these subs over headphones. I do remember before that you don't recommend listening to ultrasonic subs using headphones as they might damage your hearing. Is this not applicable anymore?

That is likely explainable by the fact that the body adjusts to the world around it, and it has adjusted your brain and its vascular system to match your new needs in terms of dealing with massive subconscious stimulus.

Yeah it was kind of pressure and the pain was on the sides of my head. Sometimes it happens when I stop listening to the sub. But now I hardly get these headaches anymore.

I have no work as of the moment so I can sleep as long as I wish. Though yesterday I woke up much earlier than usual and didn't feel tired. I was able to make up for the lost sleep by taking a nap during the day.

I feel I am able to have more courage to talk to people I see on the street. Even though I was only able to do it around twice, I do feel an internal change within me. Now all I have to focus on is overcoming my anxiety and thinking too much when I approach and talk to someone I didn't know.

That's awesome, Javier! Initiating conversation with a stranger is a huge risk, and requires a great deal of confidence. Way to act upon what AM is making possible.
I have fever plus headache just now. This started yesterday afternoon. I'm feeling a bit better as of the moment so I have high hopes this will be gone by tomorrow.

I went out last Friday night with my friends. I can definitely say that my skills in socializing have improved. I was able to say what I have in mind and be random and spontaneous.

Somehow I do feel what I need to work on is my skills in listening to others. I know I am a good listener but there are times when I completely ignore what others have to say and instead think of what I am going to say next.

Reposting this because Shannon might have missed my question here.
I'm not Shannon but I know that it still applies.

Don't use the ultrasonic with headphones but you can use the masked ones like ocean stream on them.

It is more effective and efficient to use them with headphones, because that gives you the full stereophonic experience, which has a big impact on the effectiveness and speed of the programs. But using headphones or earbuds with ultrasonics has two distinct drawbacks.

First, if you turn the audio down too far (or to zero), you won't necessarily know it. I've had testers tell me frustratedly that weeks have sometimes been wasted because they disconnected a cord or turned the volume too low and didn't realize it.

And secondly, ultrasonic audio is audio, just as normal audio. Too high a volume and it can have the same effects as high volume audio in other formats. This becomes a problem because a lot of people tend to want to play it too loudly because they can't hear it and they want to make sure it's actually working.

I recommend using headphones for maximum effectiveness, and not using ultrasonics if you do use headphones. If you choose to use ultrasonics with headphones regardless, you must be extremely vigilant about volume and safety. Since most people are not going to be able to do that - I advise against doing it at all. Use a masked track with headphones.

Hi Shannon,
I have downloaded the experimental pack and chosen one to experiment with. It is ultrasonic and there is no other option of choosing a masked one so I have to use ultrasonic only and that too using earbuds.

I have taken every precaution to calibrate the volume using the previously downloaded ASC 4G masked file for using this experimental ultrasonic. Using day and night what should be the optimum total time to play this sub?

One more important question regarding the ultrasonic subs, teenagers are able to detect these ultrasonic, can it be considered as an evidence to know whether the speakers/earbuds/headphones are compatible to play these files? beside the audio test file.

You don't need any evidence besides the speaker test. But if you have a teenager who can hear them, without any static, obviously they're playing.

I suggest getting as much exposure every day as you can.

A big thanks for clearing that up Shannon. Big Grin

Hi man. It's a good thing that you finally have your experimental pack. I can't wait to see your results.

Thanks Javier, that is a great gift from Shannon. He has spent his valuable time for me to work on this creation which is very much appreciated. I'm excited!
I'm currently on my Day 23rd of using ASC.
What I can really say is that I have been turning out some really vivid dreams. Some are nightmares though. Like I dreamed about twin brother and sister who committed incest and were eventually brutally killed. They were both children too. I woke up feeling really bad and sorry for them. There were also other bad dreams I had. On the other side just this morning I dreamed about meeting a girl then eventually we get together while holding each others hand. It was sweet.
Internally I feel that I am slowly building up confidence in addition to what I already have. I was able to dance in front of a crowd and also at clubs. I feel more comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone and hopefully one day I am able to fully be confident and accepting of myself.
Had a nightmare again last night. Though I noticed I forgot to turn on the speakers so I wasn't listening to any sub while I experienced the dream.
Now this is weird because the last times I am getting the nightmares, I was listening to the Absolute Self Confidence 5G sub.
