Very likely it is the part(s) of your deep subconsious that is being asked to face and overcome your fears, and sees it has no choice but to do so. When the job is done, you'll feel the depression lift.

I hope so. Normally I feel down every now and then but this is different. It’s like I have no desire to do anything.

This definitely is a hard hitting program!
I am going to listen to a couple of loops to push through this crap.
Just finished 2 loops and feel a lot lot better even though today is my day off!
Well depression is gone.
The last few days were debilitating. I guess Of is working hard on some stuff.
One thing I have noticed is that i approach people a lot more easily. When I was grocery shopping yesterday I went up to an employee and asked where something was. It was quite easy.
This sub is different from any of the other ones I have ran. I feel like I am clearing a lot of old stuff out.
Had a craving to run 4 loops last night so I did. Afterwards my head felt so full. I was exhausted tbh. Still am.
I am wondering if that was too much input however I felt a strong craving to run a 4th loop after I was about to finish my 3rd loop.
I will see how this plays out.
Will likely keep doing 4 loops, 2 days on, 2 days off for the foreseeable future to see how it works.
My energy levels are better today.
Overall I feel this program is making a difference. As Shannon pointed out today, this program will take change and many of the changes won’t be apparent for some time. I’ve noticed some progress socially. My conversations tend to flow better.
I wonder however if 6 months to tackle all fears?
So I felt really tired yesterday ( day 2 of break). Also when i went to sleep I felt a rush of heat. I’ve heard it reported before. It went away soon after.
Can you get a heat sensation even tho you’re running the program on that particular day?
I guess doing 4 loops a day, 2 days on, 2 days off is starting to have an impact.
Just got done listening to 3 loops of OF in my day off because I was feeling anxious. Definitely helped.
This sub works a great in the moment when you need it.
In other areas, I have noticed some things:
-some OCD behaviors have been reduced. Like I don’t feel the need to compulsively clean everyday.
-my anxiety making phone calls has gone down
-when I am playing golf, my anxiety about certain shots is reduced.
These changes were subtle but nonetheless major in their impact.

I am confused as to why you folks are not following a listening pattern.

He did. First in RTB's journal and then in mine. If you're starting to feel a bit panicky or depressed you may just have to carpet bomb your way through. I don't remember when that strategy started but it's effective. I've used it twice on OF when the feelings of panic were becoming a little bit overwhelming and would affect my daily life.

I agree. One of the two times I carpet bombed I think I ran 6 loops of hybrid. Worked very well.
