Have considered taking up tennis and soccer as a way to mix up my fitness routine. It’s something I wouldn’t have sorb before due to a fear of being bad and a fear of failure.
Interesting results so far…
Have been running 2 loops of hybrid and so far so good. I notice I am having better relationships with people with whom I didn’t have before. I have people messaging me to do stuff and what not. It’s interesting. Also notice I am a lot more assertive.
I still stutter from time to time.
I am glad E5 is getting made. I think I will run it after I finish my OF V3 run. I think 6 months of OF will make a E5 run a lot better.

Can we switch from hybrid to masked?
It’s hard to tell if hybrid is better or not.
I was running 3 loops on masked. Now I am running 2 loops on hybrid so I figure I am getting more input with hybrid.

Went out tonight and had quite a bit of anxiety. So much so to the point where I avoided people I knew because of social anxiety.
Feel like my progress on OF has been reversed all of a sudden
Social anxiety has been a major issue for me. Covid hasn’t helped matters either.

I find it relevant how some people like @
Kol respond very well to subs, and others like you seem to be spinning in circles without much progress, even after having run E3 / E4. It's almost discouraging as I seem to fit the same category as you

Going backwards in power is an unknown right now, so probably start over at the original instructions.
Had a great day today socially. Wherever I went was assertive and took the lead. Made eye contact. Also people messaged me about stuff out of the blue. Conversations flowed too. No stuttering.
Definitely a 180 shift from the last week. Have that body buzz thing going on today too.
Will stick with 3 loops of hybrid, 2 days on, 2 days off.
Have felt quite a bit of depression the past few days. More than I normally would. OF must be working on something. I have been sleeping quite a bit lately. Today I slept for almost 10 hours.
Starting to feel another “craving”. This time for more days instead of more loops. I’m already doing 3 loops hybrid, 2 days on, 2 days off.
So today my dad was nagging me about getting married and having kids. He said he wanted a grandchild and I said “I bet you do”. Sarcastically.
I wouldn’t have been direct with them before OF.

For the past couple days I have been feeling tired and a bit depressed.
The depression on OF 3 is really pronounced. I wonder what the reason behind it is. I hope to get past it soon!
