Follow the cravings.
I listened to two loops the past two days and fell asleep before I finished the second loops on both nights. I feel like two loops, two days on, two days off is about much as I want to do now. I felt mentally full after each listening session and don’t have any cravings for more.
A few days ago I shot one if not my lowest golf scores. A couple days later when I played way worse. It is still noteable however because I was fairly calm during my good round.
One thing I have noticed today and even a few days ago is some shortness of breath. That’s normally an anxiety symptom I get from time to time. I checked my blood oxygen level and it was 99 so my breathing is good.

I’m thinking this is maybe my subconscious resisting or maybe OFV3 is touching on some deeper fears.
Going through a rough patch right now. Ran two loops yesterday but feel some fears coming to the surface. Also I am stuttering little more than usual. Not as smooth as previous cycles but hopefully this will change soon.

Wondering if I should upgrade to ultrasonic.
Start a new cycle tonight. I will continue to run the 2:2:2 ASRB2 for the foreseeable future until my subconscious decides otherwise.
Will probably run 3 loops tomorrow morning when I start my new cycle. Been the feeling the urge to do so the past couple days
Have also noticed my stuttering problem is getting somewhat worse.

Hopefully OF will take care of that.
Stuttering is caused by fear. Whatever part of you is responsible for the stutter is now being worked on. When you finish working on whatever that fear is, it will be gone for good.
So i ran 3 loops last night and I have to say it felt like the right amount. When I finished my loops, no hunger pangs or anything and I was able to sleep quite well. I am still somewhat tired today but otherwise I feel fine.

I felt that euphoria sensation in my body that I did the first week I ran the program.

I am still running masked right now and plan to for the foreseeable future.

I have been running masked the whole time (3 loops currently) and I am thinking about running hybrid format. How many loops would it be advised to start off with?

Each loop of hybrid is 2 loops of anything else. I suggest starting with 1 and increase if you feel the need.
Running 3 loops of masked now. Feel relaxed but head feels “full”. Will
Probably switch to hybrid on my next cycle starting out at one loop.
I am having trouble deciding if I should switch to hybrid or not. I feel like I am getting results with using masked but apart of me thinks running hybrid will more effective.

I’m in between at the moment.
