Bit of an update.

A lot of my dreams are sexual - even moreso than on DMSI. I did not set sexual goals - just mainly related to being happy and healthy. I wonder if USLM is working off of some of the DMSI programming. I won't get specific, but I really enjoyed the dang dreams, lol. Been having a lot of nocwood, just like on DMSI (when executing instead of resisting).

Having up-and-downs with my mood, but it's mostly ups. Apparently, kids laugh around 300 times per day. Adults laugh 5 times per day. I'm laughing a LOT more. Genuine laughs. Very pleased.

Took the kids to the zoo today. We were in an indoor exhibit, which simulates/recreates the environment of nocturnal reptiles and mammals. It's really tough to see much, but I stopped at the vampire bats and was talking about them to the kids when I heard, "RTB? RTB, is that you!?" Turns out my wife's best friend's husband was there w/ one of his kids, and he recognized my voice in the dark. What's great about that is we have a ton of nerd stuff in common - especially movies and things from the 80's and 90's. We never hang out, which is weird - seeing as his wife and my wife are BFFs, and we have so much in common. He's a firefighter, but the rest of the time is spending time with his kids. We could easily do that kind of thing together, which I suggested today. So that was a bit of "luck" for that to happen.

I once again simplified my goals. I was getting too specific and involved. The goals are still pointing in the same direction, I just feel much better about them now.
Tonight marks 5 nights off of 7, ASRB2, Round 2.

Gettin' that itch to run loops early, again.

My wife's been having headaches everyday. She usually only gets headaches around her monthly, and that's past. I have a suspicion she's having resistance headaches.

Once you have done two cycles of 3:7, go ahead and follow the urges as to when to run it.  Let's see how that works.

Sounds like resistance headaches to me too.

Do we keep the loops the same or increase/decrease?

You are going to follow your feelings of what you should do, if you participate in this experiment.  And differentiate between genuine intuition and consciously generated desires, fear generate desires, etc.

I'm due to start my third round of the 3:7 ratio of USLM 4.
Is this advice solely for RT or can anyone on version 4 start? Thanks @Shannon

What kind of results are you getting with USLM4?

I'm interested in knowing how it plays out if you follow your gut on how to run it.  Anyone can do this, provided they have at least two cycles of 3 loops at 3:7 done, BUT, for it to be valid for me to use as worthwhile data, I need you guys to limit yourselves to adjusting only one variable.

So maybe you do 3 loops for 3 days on and then you vary the number of days off.

Maybe you do more or fewer loops per day, for 3 days on and 7 days off.

Maybe you do 3 loops for more or fewer days on and 7 days off.

Only adjust ONE variable if you decide to experiment.  And don't experiment if you want to remain eligible for a refund.
Round 3 - US FLAC, Galaxy Note 5, AUX to Bose * 9/15 clicks * -60 dB (2 ft from bed)

Woke up at 4 AM, right after I finished the 3 loops. Never went back to sleep. Ugh.

If I experiment this week, it would likely be to shorten the ASRB2 - but we'll see what intuition says.

I'm thinking of keeping the 3 days on and shortening the ASRB2 from 7 days to 4.

That way one run would be 7 days rather than 10. Seems tidier that way...let's see how it goes.
Round 3 Complete as of evening 4/30/19

-50 dB, US FLAC, Speaker (AUX cable), 2 ft from source, 3 loops while sleeping

Monday, 4/29, I woke up and completely changed my goals for a day.  I don't know wtf I was thinking.  I felt desperate, indecisive, and off-key.  I was back on track by Tuesday, but still felt a bit off mentally and emotionally.

Took my son to Avengers:Endgame in IMAX 3D Tuesday afternoon (2 of 3 listening days under-my-belt).  I wanted to see it in just plain IMAX, but those showings were near sold out, so I settled for the 3D time.  The movie started, and not in 3D.  The picture froze after 5 minutes, and the lights came up.  We were told that the 3D wasn't working, given free passes, and the movie restarted in regular IMAX.  So we got to see the movie in the format I wanted, in great seats, got 2 free passes good for any movie, any format, anytime, with a very minor inconvenience - perhaps 10 minutes of waiting time for the movie to start again.  I'd say that was pretty good luck.

Last night we went to dinner to celebrate my son's birthday, and invited my dad to join us (mom had something, couldn't join).  We were going to pay for my dad, but he wouldn't hear of it, and instead insisted on picking up the whole check.  That was nice, too.

The plan is to listen to intuition as to how to listen this week (but only changing one variable).  If this week goes anything like the last two, then 4 off-days will be enough.  We'll see.
My Note 5 bit the dust last night.

The timing wasn't great. My wife's at work all weekend, and I needed a new phone immediately - can't be at home with kids and no phone.

No really good deals on anything, but didn't want to settle, either - so opted for an S9. Not cheap, but not as much as going with an S10.

The good news is my wife didn't complain about having to fork out for it, so that's cool. And I don't mind having a new toy. Big Grin
My wife  - who's working today - wanted me to go to the outlet mall w/ a pass we were given (there's a huge yearly convention here, and a pass to it gets you all kinds of interesting things).  If you bring the pass, you get a $50 gift card.

I got the kids dressed, and drove 20 minutes to the outlet.  We went to the management office, where a line had already formed.  We were told we needed both the pass AND the outlet mall's smartphone app to get the $50.  I download the app, open it, and sign up.  Then I'm supposed to click the "Flash Sale" button - with my GPS location service enabled (proving I'm physically there) to receive the gift card.  For some reason, it's not working.  We check the permissions, enable and disable location services, uninstall and reinstall the app, restart the phone - do everything under the sun to get this thing working.  On top of that, I have this new phone I'm not familiar with yet, slowing me down.  Furthermore, the kids are getting more and more impatient, while I watch person after person pass me by and receive a gift card without issue.

While I'm getting more frustrated, they announce they're down to their last 10 gift cards.  After that, they're gone.  App still isn't working.  Great - all that way and frustration for nothing!

But wait, no, it's not over after all!  They called me in to the office, told me they could tell I did everything I could do, and gave me a gift card.  No sooner I get my gift card than they're all out and turning everyone else away.

Sweet.

I text my wife that I got the gift card, but they're only good until tomorrow night at 6 PM.  She works all day today and all day tomorrow.  So she happily says, "Ok, well, you're already there - go use it on yourself!"

Nice!

While I was dickin' around with the app to get the gift card, I had noticed a Nike ad that was promoting the running shoes I've been pining for (for over a year). They were on sale - "This weekend only!" and discounted from $150 to $75.  Half off!  Not bad!  Then, they had my exact size and color I wanted.  After using the $50 gift card, the remaining balance was only $30 (w/ tax and whatnot)!

Save for a bit of frustration, I'd say that was a fairly beneficial shopping trip for me!
Started my 4th cycle last night. Shortened ASRB2 by 3 days. So far,  so good. Today felt great - had a nice time with my wife, as well.

Now using my new phone to listen - US FLAC, 10 clicks - as the Galaxy S9 has stereo speakers.
