Completed 4th cycle w/out issue. No increased fatigue, resistance, or exhaustion. Feeling quite good, actually. The last night I bumped the volume to 12/15 clicks, using the phone's stereo speakers.
My wife found $10 lying at her feet in a hallway at work, along with 3 of her coworkers. They all insisted she take it. Her goal is to be debt free - every little bit counts!
Been almost a month. Just finished another round of 3 days on, ultrasonic, Galaxy S9 stereo speakers, 10-12 clicks.
I cut ASRB2 from 7 days to 4 days, and at first, it was ok. Lately, my anxiety/irritation/anger has ramped up. In fact, anxiety, irritation, and anger have all been a much bigger issue for me since I've stopped using subs w/ healing and clearing. From what I remember, USLM 2 & 3 weren't so bad, but DMSI (3.3.0 & especially 3.3.1) was pretty rough - and now USLM4 is getting there. So while cutting ASRB2 was fine at first, the stress of that has snuck up on me from behind. I think it's been hard on my wife, too, because we've been fighting more and she's been short-tempered with the kids.
Had a bad hail storm that ruined my yard (trees, bushes, perennials), outdoor furniture, roof, window wraps, deck, siding, paint on the house...We were in a path that hit maybe 1/16th of my city.
But, while it's a pain-in-the-ass, we are getting new everything b/c of it, w/ little-to-no money out-of-pocket thanks to homeowner's insurance and a contractor who's going to negotiate with the insurance adjuster and work hard on our behalf. In addition to a new roof, seems we'll get new patio furniture, window wraps, and even the house painted (which it needs). Nothing can be done about the flowers and plants - they're done. But, we'll see how it all turns out.
A client of mine gave me a $5/hr raise out-of-nowhere, so that's good. Some other cool things have happened, as well.
I'm going to go back to a 7-day ASRB2 for awhile, until I can better manage the anxiety/stress/etc.
Hi RT,
I am wondering how things are going for you since you went back to the original ASRB2 of 3 on/7 off ? I am staying with the 3 on/4 off while switching back to the FLAC masked version. Rereading my journal, I saw that even on USLM3 I stopped using the ultrasonic hybrid after a month of using that format, AFTER switching from the masked version that I originally started with. I am starting the masked version tonight. No more ultrasonic hybrid for me. Maybe it's just too irritating for me using that format with earbuds.
I read on another thread that Shannon is not completely happy with how version 4 is performing, but he does not have time to rework it right now. I really respect the fact that he wants all of his products to be the best, and can recognize when they are under-performing. To me, that speaks volumes about his integrity. I am looking forward to seeing what he will do to improve version 4.
Any updates from you ?

Hi there.
Sorry, not much (good) to report. Just dealing with pretty significant anxiety, irritability, stress - and if I can get that managed for a few hours, I'm left feeling down. Not typical for me in the summer. I pushed it too hard, and now it seems the consequences are long-lived. Still not exercising, not eating very well, don't feel up to doing much of anything.
Not sure what to do. Just finished 3 days - after a 7 day break - and things are worse now. I may just have to take a long break to see what's what.
Thanks for checking up on me. Hope things are a little better on your end!
