Will be starting my first loops tonight on v5. I have already experimented with LTU4 for past week and have noticed some positive effects such as high levels of confidence, positive thinking and motivation.

I have also noticed some negative effects also… poor sleep, exhaustion and intense resistance. Perhaps v5 will be more gentle on me.

My goal is to run this for at least a year to make the changes as permanent as I can. I am currently in the military with 6 months of basic training left. Im 22 and completely lost as to what I wanna do with my life. I hope LTU will help me figure out.

I WISH I'd had a tool like LTU to help me at your age.  You're blessed. my friend.  Hope it helps you figure it out, too.  Regardless, you can live a life you find valuable, with or without subs.  Good luck.
I IDay 2:
5 loops in, ready to rise at 6am for a morning run. Have noticed a spike in motivation right from the start... and a sense of satisfaction with life overall. There have been moments throughout the day where I had naturally felt grateful and happy. My  social interactions with people felt natural/spontaneous and it was easier to slip in a joke here and there.

After lunch onwards I began to feel progressively tired and less motivated to do things. Mind became foggy and it was hard to focus on reading a book as my mind wandered constantly. Perhaps it’s the fatigue from listening to the sub I don’t know and I'm not particularly bothered. I drank some coffee as habit to feeling tired but it had no effect whatsoever. I read in the LTU5 product description that one should abstain from caffeine consumption so Ill try to limit it as much as possible.

I think I should outline what I expect from the program…

- A sense of direction/purpose in life
- Patience and determination to achieve goals
- Emotional maturity/stability
- Perhaps overcoming various addictions such as porn and gaming (which I use to cope with stress)
- More social and happy in general (which I have seen happening already)
- Eliminating victim mindset… taking full responsibility and adopting a stronger growth mindset.

Edit/ 5 loops, not 6 Smile
Congratulations on starting your LTU journal, and I hope it helps achieving your goal. Hopefully, the negative effects from the program will soon subside.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.
Past few days have been great. Been feeling more confident and grateful. At times when negativity arose I could easily think up something positive.
Moreover, I've started to give less of a fuck about what others think, I can express myself more easily and authentically. Definitely higher self esteem symptoms be displayed here…

I was extremely lucky yesterday… out of 120+ army soldiers in my section, me and three others were chosen at random to attend a live champions league basketball game, 45min away from the barracks and I did not have to pay a penny. Everyone else had to stay back and attend to daily chores such as cleaning. Neither did I know that such a possibility existed nor did I ever show interest in basketball. Was completely random and spontaneous. USLM at work here?
I am happy with the results of LTU so far. Im feeling more motivated with each passing day. Im beginning to look for new ways to challenge myself. Im going to start learning code/programming from tomorrow. Im thinking of running a half marathon pretty soon also. Currently started doing some handstand pushups, want to work up to 15 reps.
Day 7: Sleep wasn’t great, woke up several times during the night. Perhaps the volume wasn’t calibrated well. Nonetheless, felt motivated upon rising, stormed outa the door and ran a 5k in the rain. Got home, immediately started learning HTML coding. Usually I would procrastinate and do something else… but lately I've been compelled to learn something new. Also, I'm becoming more conscious of how little time I have.
Day 8: During the night I had a dream that I was driving to work in a Lamborghini to pick up a Subwoofer and some hand tools. However, I could barely see the people there as I had tears flowing out of my eyes. Today I woke up and also had tears flowing out of my eyes and intense headache. I have become ill overnight! Perhaps it's the homeostatic resistance from the sub or the 5k run which caused this. I don't know lol
The headache suggests it might be something to do with detoxing (Universal Detox) and the tears would be something to do with emotional healing i'd say.

Thanks Benjamin and yh, possibly your right... It happened so spontaneously. I remember getting similar effects from periods of intense meditation. In a way its a good indication that the sub is working.  Superman
In the past, headaches have been a way for a resistant subconscious to punish and or dis-incentivise use of a subliminal that was too strong to resist, but extremely unwanted. I'd say that's more likely than detox.

@Shannon

Thanks Shannon!  Thumbsup
3rd cycle day 4 (15 days since starting)

Last week between Thursday and Saturday I had intense resistance (egobacklash) and my willpower was extremely low. However, I managed to handle it better than before, I didn't get depressed or sad like I used to do.

Good bye procrastination.  I'm much more patient and optimistic… This means that I can execute on the goals I set myself without much resistance or fear. Before I used to dread and talk myself out of learning a new skill. Such is not the case anymore or at least very minimal. Im eager to learn as much as I can. I STILL PROCRASTINATE and probably will for a long time but I can confidently say it's much less than before.

Baseline energy levels have also increased. In general I'm much less likely to crave caffeine/sugar. However, I do find that when I have resistance to the program I tend to crave more.

Sleep is improving and I find myself waking up less often during the night. One issue I am currently facing is earbuds falling out meaning that Im not getting the full sub exposure. I have experimented with about 6 different earbud sets. I think I finally found the right ones. The trick is to loop the cable around the ear and then insert the earbud. Also I have used a small clip to attach the cable to my t-shirt in the chest area to minimize tugging in the ear region. I put the phone in airplane mode and tuck it under my pillow.

Sleep is improving, as in it was negatively affected by LTU 5? Or you just had bad sleep for some other reason, and LTU5 helped your sleep get better?
